Sobha Ltd reported its highest-ever quarterly sales bookings of INR 3,656.1 crore during the first quarter of FY27, marking a 76 per cent increase from the corresponding period last year. The Bengaluru-based developer sold 1,432 homes and plots spanning 2.34 million sq ft, supported by strong demand for newly launched projects in Bengaluru and Gurugram. Bengaluru accounted for more than half of the company's total sales value, while Delhi-NCR contributed nearly 38 per cent.
