Blue Dart Express is preparing to expand its presence in the e-commerce logistics market by introducing a cross-border delivery service aimed at enabling Indian online sellers to reach international customers. The company plans to launch the service in September, building on its existing domestic parcel network and international logistics capabilities. Kerala is set to begin full export-import operations at Vizhinjam International Seaport, moving the facility beyond its existing transshipment role. The launch will take place alongside Mission Samudra, a state-backed port-led industrial and logistics development programme supported by a INR 400 crore catalytic fund. The mission will cover eight industrial clusters, three new cities and the state’s 600-kilometre coastline. Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks plans to double its warehousing portfolio to about 100 million sq ft over the next three to four years as it expands its presence in India’s industrial and logistics real estate market. The company is also preparing for a INR 2,600-crore initial public offering, with its IPO scheduled to open on August 17, 2026. Logicap, backed by Alta Capital, has expanded its warehousing portfolio through the acquisition of operational assets owned by Xander Investment Management. The transaction involves approximately 2.6 million sq ft of warehousing space across Chennai and Kolkata and is valued at around INR 1,500 crore. A further acquisition involving an asset in Bhiwandi is expected to take the overall transaction value to about INR 2,000 crore. The expansion will increase Logicap’s warehousing footprint and strengthen its presence across some of India’s key logistics and consumption markets.Read more

A-1 Ltd has secured orders worth INR 38.70 crore from Solar Group of Industries for the supply of acids and industrial chemicals to Solar Industries and its group entities. The orders are scheduled to be executed over a three-month period ending October 31, 2026, providing revenue visibility across the second and third quarters of FY 2026-27. The order follows an INR 12 crore contract from the same group received in June. A-1 reported a sharp rise in first-quarter revenue and profit, while continuing to operate across chemical trading, distribution and transportation and expanding into electric mobility.Read more

Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS) has entered into an initial agreement with Concor Air Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Container Corporation of India, to facilitate faster movement of customs-cleared cargo from the Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Dadri to Noida International Airport (NIA). The arrangement will connect inland freight networks with AISATS’ Integrated Cargo Terminal at NIA for onward international dispatch. The partnership is expected to improve customs coordination, cargo handling and terminal processes while reducing turnaround time for exporters and shippers using the route.Read more

E-commerce enablement platform Shiprocket has raised INR 727.41 crore from anchor investors ahead of its public issue. The company allotted 7.5 crore equity shares at INR 97 apiece, the upper end of its IPO price band. The anchor book included global and domestic institutional investors such as the New York State Teachers Retirement System, Nomura Funds Ireland, Societe Generale, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company and several leading mutual funds. Shiprocket’s INR 1,617.5-crore IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on August 12, with the company planning to use fresh issue proceeds for platform growth, technology, marketing, debt repayment and potential acquisitions.Read more

India’s logistics and industrial real estate market recorded its strongest first-half performance in H1 2026, with gross leasing across the top eight cities reaching a record 36.2 million square feet (MSF), according to Cushman & Wakefield. Leasing rose 18% year-on-year and 2% over H2 2025, supported by sustained demand from logistics, manufacturing and automotive occupiers. Warehousing accounted for 67% of total activity, while industrial leasing grew 36% YoY to nearly 12 MSF. Delhi NCR led city-wise demand with a 24% share, followed by Chennai at 17% and Pune at 16%.Read more

Total Transport Systems Limited reported a strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, with consolidated revenue from operations rising 31.3% year-on-year to INR 193.6 crore. EBITDA increased 48.3% to INR 6.5 crore, while profit after tax rose 40.5% to INR 4.1 crore. Margins also improved during the quarter, supported by higher business activity across logistics services and tighter cost management. The company said its diversified service portfolio, customer relationships and asset-light business model continue to support its operations. Allcargo Logistics reported a consolidated net profit of INR 14 crore for the first quarter of FY27, compared with a net loss in the corresponding period last year. The logistics company recorded the turnaround on the back of improved operational performance across its businesses, although revenue from operations declined year-on-year.
