Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has announced that construction of its residential redevelopment project, Alliance Sea Breeze, in Santacruz West, Mumbai, has entered the final phase, with possession scheduled by the end of 2026.
The project, launched in October 2024, is located on East Cross Lane in Santacruz West and comprises a nine-storey residential building offering four-bedroom apartments. According to the developer, the construction has progressed to the final stage, allowing homebuyers to begin preparations for possession later this year.
Alliance Sea Breeze has been constructed using Mivan, or aluminium formwork, technology, which is typically adopted in large-scale high-rise developments. The developer stated that the technology has been deployed in this boutique redevelopment project to improve construction precision, structural quality and execution timelines.
The development incorporates monolithic concrete construction, which the company said provides improved structural strength, enhanced seismic resistance and smoother wall finishes. The project also features column-free apartment layouts, allowing greater flexibility in interior planning.
Commenting on the construction progress, Ankita Luharuka, Chief Executive Officer of Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd., said the company had committed to delivering the project within the promised timeline and was progressing towards handing over the homes by the end of the year. She added that timely delivery remains a key aspect of the developer's execution strategy.
The project is located close to several transport and social infrastructure facilities, including Santacruz railway station, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport's domestic terminal, Nanavati Hospital, Juhu Beach and Carter Road.
According to the developer, Alliance Sea Breeze includes amenities such as a landscaped terrace garden with a walking track and seating areas, a gymnasium, an air-conditioned entrance lobby, Mitsubishi elevators, surface parking, sound-insulated double-glazed windows, video door phone systems and closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance. The apartments have also been fitted with Kohler bathroom fixtures.
The Santacruz West development forms part of Alliance City Developers' redevelopment portfolio across Mumbai. The company recently received the Occupation Certificate for Alliance Eternis in Borivali West. It is also progressing with Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East and Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West, both of which are approaching the Occupation Certificate stage.
Other projects in the developer's portfolio include Alliance Harmony in Matunga, which follows a one-residence-per-floor design, 22 Alliance House and Alliance Tanvi in Vile Parle East, Alliance Kanchan Krupa in Mulund West, as well as planned redevelopment projects in Vile Parle, Sion and Mulund.
Established in 2010, Alliance City Developers has undertaken 19 redevelopment projects across Mumbai. According to the company, it has completed 14 projects, delivered more than 1.2 million sq ft of residential development and handed over homes to over 700 families.
