One Atmosphere, the premium serviced apartment brand of Atmosphere Core, has outlined plans to invest INR 500 crore to expand its luxury apart-hotel business across India and selected international markets. Announced on June 25, the company aims to sign approximately 7,500 keys over the next five years through an asset-light model based on management and lease agreements. The expansion will begin with the opening of One Atmosphere Suites at Corner Walk, Gurgaon, in partnership with M3M India, scheduled for September 2026. The brand will target corporate travellers, expatriates, families and extended-stay guests, with around 60% of inventory expected to be driven by corporate partnerships.
