ITC Hotels has announced a range of Raksha Bandhan offerings across its properties in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Agra, covering festive dining, gifting, chocolate-making and an eco-friendly Rakhi ritual. At ITC Maratha in Mumbai, guests can attend a Raksha Bandhan feast at Peshwa Pavilion on August 28, 29 and 30, alongside a Fabelle chocolate masterclass from August 28 to 30. ITC Grand Central will host a family dinner at Hornby's Pavilion on August 28, with a 50% saving for sisters dining with their brothers. ITC Kohenur has introduced festive hampers, cakes and mithai boxes from August 21 to 28, along with a Fabelle masterclass. PVR INOX to open 25,000 sq ft multiplex at Bhumika Realty’s The Icon in Faridabad

Bhumika Realty, the real estate arm of Bhumika Group, has partnered with PVR INOX Ltd to establish a 25,000 sq ft multiscreen multiplex at The Icon, its mixed-use development in Sector 27A, Faridabad. The cinema will occupy the second and third floors of the project and is planned to begin operations alongside the opening of the mall. The agreement represents the second association between the two companies after PVR INOX’s presence at Urban Square in Udaipur. Flexible workspace operators account for nearly 20% of office leasing in H1 2026

Flexible workspace operators leased 191,306 seats across India’s top eight cities during the first half of 2026, marking a 68.4% increase from 113,623 seats in the corresponding period last year, according to Cushman & Wakefield data reported by The Economic Times, Times of India and BW Businessworld. Gross leasing volume reached 8.4 million sq ft, up 55% year-on-year from 5.4 million sq ft. Flex operators accounted for nearly one-fifth of the approximately 43 million sq ft of total office leasing during the period. Global Capability Centres (GCCs) contributed 44% of flex seat demand. Bengaluru led the market with 57,487 seats, while Hyderabad and Delhi NCR recorded strong annual growth in flex seat leasing.Read more

The 10 cities have a combined 3,536 dark stores, led by Blinkit with 969 and Zepto with 828. Flipkart Minutes has also moved ahead of Swiggy in pincode coverage within these markets. IHCL to merge Oriental Hotels through all-share deal
