SNN Raj Corp has launched SNN Raj Bay Vista, a premium residential development on Kodichikkanahalli Main Road in Bilekahalli, South Bengaluru. The project introduces a "Work from Nature" concept that combines outdoor workspaces with landscaped open areas, reflecting changing residential preferences influenced by hybrid working and demand for larger living spaces.
Spread across approximately 4.5 acres, the development comprises 234 apartments distributed across three residential towers. The project offers two, three, four and five-bedroom homes with unit sizes ranging from approximately 1,235 sq ft to 4,719 sq ft. According to the developer, the larger four and five-bedroom configurations have been planned to accommodate flexible workspaces, multi-generational households and evolving lifestyle requirements.
The project allocates more than 70% of its total area to open spaces, with landscaped gardens and outdoor work zones forming part of the overall master plan. The "Work from Nature" concept includes designated outdoor workspaces intended to provide residents with alternatives to conventional indoor home offices while integrating work areas within the project's landscaped environment.
SNN Raj Bay Vista will include more than 30 lifestyle amenities, comprising a herb and sensory garden, fruit orchard, floating cabana, ornamental lily pond, outdoor fitness areas, children's and toddler play zones, a pet play area, a rock-climbing wall and dedicated outdoor workspaces. These facilities are intended to support recreation, wellness and community interaction within the residential development.
The project is located within Bengaluru's BTM Layout micro-market, providing connectivity to major employment hubs including Electronic City, Koramangala and JP Nagar through Hosur Road and the Outer Ring Road. Residents will also have access to educational institutions, healthcare facilities and retail destinations in the surrounding area, including Apollo Hospital, Fortis Hospital, Vega City Mall, Central Mall and Meenakshi Mall.
According to the developer, the location is also expected to benefit from proposed infrastructure improvements, including the planned Bengaluru Tunnel Road project, which is intended to enhance connectivity across the city.
Commenting on the launch, Anuj Sanjay Jain, Director of Operations at SNN Raj Corp, said the company developed the project in response to changing residential preferences, where homes are expected to accommodate work, family life and wellness within a single environment. He added that the project's emphasis on open spaces, landscaped surroundings and dedicated outdoor work areas was intended to integrate nature into everyday living while providing residences designed to support contemporary lifestyle requirements.
The launch reflects a broader trend in Bengaluru's residential market, where developers are incorporating larger homes, flexible layouts and extensive open spaces to address changing buyer preferences shaped by hybrid working arrangements and increased demand for integrated community living.
