Om Freight Forwarders Ltd has commenced commercial operations at its newly developed warehouse in Maharashtra, strengthening its logistics and warehousing network. The new facility, located in Raigad district, is expected to support the company's integrated supply chain services and marks the beginning of its Fourth Party Logistics (4PL) offerings alongside its existing Third Party Logistics (3PL) business. The expansion is part of the company's long-term strategy to enhance warehousing infrastructure, improve service capabilities, and meet growing demand from domestic and international customers.
Om Freight Forwarders Ltd has commenced commercial operations at its new warehouse facility in Maharashtra, marking another step in the company's logistics infrastructure expansion. The company informed stock exchanges that the warehouse has become operational and will support its growing integrated logistics business.
The warehouse is located at Mauje Sarade in Taluka Uran of Raigad district, Maharashtra. With the facility becoming operational, the company has also launched its Fourth Party Logistics (4PL) services, expanding beyond its existing Third Party Logistics (3PL) offerings. The addition is expected to strengthen Om Freight Forwarders' ability to provide end-to-end supply chain and warehousing solutions to its customers.
The latest warehouse forms part of the company's broader strategy to strengthen its warehousing and distribution network. Om Freight Forwarders already provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, project logistics, warehousing and distribution services through its presence across multiple locations in India and overseas. The company-owned warehousing network is aimed at offering integrated logistics solutions under a single platform.
The commencement of commercial operations at the Raigad facility is expected to improve the company's logistics capabilities, support growing cargo volumes and enhance service offerings for customers engaged in domestic as well as international trade. The development also aligns with the increasing demand for organised warehousing and integrated logistics infrastructure in Maharashtra, which continues to remain one of India's key logistics and industrial hubs.
