According to data reviewed by CRE Matrix, the lease agreement between Aparna IT Hub LLP and Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd was registered on 10 June. State-owned Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) has signed an agreement with L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd to refinance the debt obligations of the Hyderabad Metro Rail project through a term loan of INR 13,527 crore. The company plans to disburse INR 13,500 crore by June 2026. This marks IRFC’s first financing deal in the metro rail segment and signals its entry into urban infrastructure funding beyond the railway sector. The Centre has indicated in-principle support for participating in Hyderabad Metro Phase II through a 50:50 cost-sharing arrangement with the Telangana government, according to statements made following a review meeting in New Delhi. Cyberabad police have registered a case against Saket Engineers over allegations of mortgage fraud involving villas and flats in Hyderabad’s Kompally area. The complaint states that occupied and already allotted properties were shown as unsold inventory and allegedly mortgaged to secure a loan of around INR 30 crore. The issue surfaced after an online encumbrance certificate check revealed discrepancies in ownership records. Authorities further suspect that multiple villas and over 20 flats may have been similarly included in loan documents, and the matter is now under detailed investigation.Read more
