Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) has initiated the development of a 62-acre automated empty container yard near Nhava Sheva through a long-term concession with Dubai-based RSA Global. • A Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) bus rammed into 14 vehicles on S.V. Road near the Andheri subway on Friday afternoon, leaving six to eight people injured.
• The accident occurred at around 4.15 pm when the bus, operating on Route 242 between Millat Nagar and Andheri Bus Station (West), was taking a right turn from Caesar Road.
• The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals, while police and civic authorities launched an investigation into the cause of the accident.

A 34-year-old construction worker died after falling from the 22nd floor of an under-construction Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) residential tower in Wadala, Mumbai.
