Orris Infrastructure directors booked in Gurugram land collaboration dispute

The complainants, who are legal heirs of the original landowners, alleged that plots promised under a development agreement were subsequently transferred to third parties despite earlier allotment letters issued in their favour. The FIR was registered on 7 July under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
