ONE Atmosphere has appointed hospitality veteran Vipul Kamboj as General Manager of ONE Atmosphere Suites Corner Walk, Gurugram, the first property under its serviced apartment brand. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in hospitality operations, sales, marketing and revenue management, Kamboj will oversee operations, guest experience, stakeholder engagement and commercial strategy. The appointment comes as the company expands its premium serviced apartment portfolio in India, with Corner Walk, Gurugram serving as the operational model for future developments. ONE Atmosphere, the hospitality vertical of Atmosphere Core, is also pursuing expansion across major Indian cities and selected international markets.
ONE Atmosphere has appointed Vipul Kamboj as General Manager of ONE Atmosphere Suites Corner Walk, Gurugram, marking a key leadership addition as the company prepares to strengthen its premium serviced apartment business. Announced in the past week, the appointment comes ahead of the launch of the brand's first serviced apartment property in Gurugram.
Kamboj brings more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, having held leadership positions across sales, marketing, revenue management and general management. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives focused on product enhancements, food and beverage relaunches, technology integration and operational improvements aimed at strengthening guest satisfaction and business performance.
According to the company, Kamboj will oversee overall property operations, guest experience delivery, stakeholder management and the commercial strategy for the development. His responsibilities will also include sales, marketing, revenue planning and building an organisational culture aligned with the brand's operational standards.
Sandeep Ahuja, Managing Director of ONE Atmosphere and Atmosphere Living, said the appointment comes at an important stage as the company establishes ONE Atmosphere Suites at Corner Walk, Gurugram as the inaugural property under the brand. He stated that the operational systems and service standards implemented at the project would serve as the blueprint for future developments, adding that Kamboj's operational expertise and commercial experience align with the company's long-term vision for premium serviced living.
Prior to joining ONE Atmosphere, Kamboj held senior leadership roles with several hospitality brands. He is a BW Hotelier National Award winner and holds a diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Lucknow, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi and executive certifications from the Cornell Nanyang Institute of Hospitality Management.
Commenting on his appointment, Kamboj said he looked forward to leading the brand's first property at Corner Walk, Gurugram. He noted that demand for premium serviced apartments continues to grow and that the property presents an opportunity to establish a differentiated offering centred on operational consistency, guest comfort and hotel-grade services while strengthening long-term business performance in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The company said the appointment supports its strategy to strengthen its position in the expanding serviced apartment market, particularly among corporate travellers and long-stay guests in Gurugram's business district.
ONE Atmosphere is the fourth premium brand under Atmosphere Core, a hospitality group that operates nine luxury resorts in the Maldives. Through Atmosphere Living, the group focuses on branded residences and hospitality-backed real estate, while ONE Atmosphere serves as its dedicated hospitality platform for residential-scale serviced apartments. The company is expanding across Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Hyderabad, alongside planned international growth in Cambodia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and the UAE.
