Synopsis

Mana Projects has launched its Freedom Month 2026 campaign for residential homebuyers to mark India's 80th Independence Day. The promotional campaign, valid for bookings made between August 5 and 31, offers eligible buyers travel vouchers equivalent to 80 days of staycations across India, subject to specified conditions. The Bengaluru-based developer has also announced a lucky draw featuring gold vouchers, a motorcycle and home makeover vouchers. In addition, the company will organise MANA Freedom Honours 2026, a community initiative recognising students for academic performance and celebrating children through activities linked to India's Independence Day celebrations.

Bengaluru-based Mana Projects has launched its Freedom Month 2026 campaign, introducing a promotional offer for homebuyers across its residential portfolio to coincide with India's 80th Independence Day celebrations. The campaign will run from August 5 to August 31 and combines travel-related benefits with lifestyle rewards and community engagement initiatives for eligible customers.
Under the campaign, eligible homebuyers booking residential units during the offer period will receive a branded travel voucher equivalent to 80 days of staycations across India. According to the company, the voucher will be issued in November 2026, subject to fulfilment of specified eligibility conditions, including the execution of the Agreement of Sale within the stipulated timeline.
The developer stated that the staycation benefit will be available to all eligible buyers independently of a separate lucky draw organised as part of the campaign. The lucky draw will include a first prize of a Tanishq gold voucher valued at INR 4 lakh, while the second prize will comprise a Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycle accompanied by a riding gear package. Four additional winners will each receive home makeover vouchers worth INR 1 lakh.
Alongside the homebuyer campaign, Mana Projects has introduced MANA Freedom Honours 2026, a community engagement initiative for existing customers. The programme includes Academic Excellence Awards recognising students for their board examination performance and the Freedom Heroes Showcase, in which children aged up to 12 years will participate by portraying prominent figures associated with India's freedom movement. Winners of the showcase will be selected through online public voting and will be recognised during a felicitation ceremony scheduled for August 29.
The company said the campaign has been designed to reflect changing consumer preferences, with homebuyers increasingly seeking lifestyle and experiential benefits alongside residential property purchases. According to Mana Projects, the initiative combines travel incentives, reward programmes and community-focused activities as part of its Independence Day promotional campaign.
Commenting on the initiative, Chairman and Managing Director D. Kishore Reddy said the company has sought to align the campaign with evolving homebuyer expectations by offering experiences alongside homeownership. He stated that the Independence Day campaign has been designed to commemorate the country's 80th year of independence while extending benefits to both prospective buyers and the company's existing residential community.
Mana Projects said the promotional offer is applicable to eligible bookings made between August 5 and August 31, 2026, and remains subject to the company's prescribed terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements and provisions relating to booking cancellations.
Founded in 2000, Mana Projects develops residential projects across Bengaluru, including apartments, villas and integrated township developments, with a portfolio concentrated in the city's eastern growth corridors.
