Gurugram Police have registered a case against Orris Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, its directors Vijay Gupta and Amit Gupta, and authorised signatory Jitender Singh over allegations of cheating and criminal conspiracy linked to a land collaboration agreement in Badha village near Manesar. The complainants, who are legal heirs of the original landowners, alleged that plots promised under a development agreement were subsequently transferred to third parties despite earlier allotment letters issued in their favour. The FIR was registered on 7 July under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
