V-Mart Retail Ltd narrowed its net loss to INR 8.87 crore in Q2, a significant improvement from INR 56.51 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations rose to INR 806.87 crore, mainly driven by a strong growth in retail trade revenue, which increased to INR 800.32 crore. Total expenses also rose, while digital marketplace revenue declined. The results indicate that physical retail channels remain strong, and the company's strategies to expand stores and improve operations are yielding positive effects despite challenges in its online segment.Read more

Radisson Hotel Group has entered into an agreement with Hill Crest Hotels and Resorts to develop a 350-key Radisson Collection Hotel near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. The project, expected to commence operations in 2028, marks the debut of the luxury lifestyle brand in Maharashtra. The development will expand the group's regional portfolio to around 646 keys by 2028. Trident Realty has launched its latest luxury residential project, Central Vista, in Panchkula, aiming to generate about INR 1,200 crore in revenue. The project features 199 residential plots and is part of the developer�s 200-acre integrated township, Trident Hills. The company has already delivered over 500 units within the township. Recently, Trident Realty also partnered with DLF Ltd to co-develop a premium housing project in Mumbai. Founded in 2008, the developer has completed over 20 million sq ft of projects and has nearly 11 million sq ft under construction. IHCL has announced the signing of a 151-key Taj hotel on Chennai's ECR, a greenfield project developed in partnership with MGM Healthcare. The operator of the Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) and Apollo Hospitals have signed an agreement to deliver round-the-clock medical services for both airport staff and passengers. Apollo Hospitals will establish multiple 24x7 medical centres at Terminal 1, with emergency medical support and disaster-management facilities staffed by Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support-certified professionals. Two fully equipped intensive-care ambulances will be stationed on-site, and 65 automated external defibrillators will also be placed throughout the terminals. Commercial flight operations at NMIA are expected to begin shortly.Read more

The Belgium-based Radisson Hotel Group is targeting a portfolio of 500 hotels and a workforce of 50,000 people in India by 2030. The company currently has just over 200 properties there and around 17,000 employees. In the next few years it aims to grow its hotel count to 250-260 by 2026, focusing on tier-II to tier-IV cities and airport hotels. Realty developers Parsvnath Developers and Unity Group are set to earn an annual rental income of around INR 120 crore from their newly launched shopping mall, Unity One Elegante, located at Netaji Subhash Place in Delhi. The mall, built through an equal joint venture between the two firms, has a total leasable area of 5 lakh square feet and has achieved full occupancy. Developed on land leased from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), the venture will pay approximately INR 20 crore annually as lease rent to DMRC.Read more

Air India Express will begin operations from the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) with five daily flights connecting major metro cities Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. The airline plans to expand to 20 daily departures after initial operations begin. In September, the airline announced 40 daily domestic flights in its first phase, connecting 15 cities. The Air India group aims to increase NMIA operations to 55 daily departures by mid-2026, including up to five international flights, and further to 120 daily departures and 60 arrivals by winter 2026.Read more
