The government-backed SWAMIH Investment Fund has approved up to INR 115 crore as last-mile funding for the stalled Antriksh Valley residential and commercial project in Greater Noida West. The Haryana government has approved the final alignment of the 64 km Gurugram-Faridabad-Noida Greater Noida Namo Bharat RRTS-cum-Metro corridor, with nearly 52 km falling within the state. Highway construction activity under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) is expected to moderate next fiscal as project awards remain subdued, according to a recent report by rating agency ICRA. Execution is projected to decline to around 9,000-9,500 km from about 10,660 km achieved in the previous fiscal. H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd has been declared the lowest bidder for a major National Highways Authority of India project in Odisha. The company quoted INR 1,582.11 crore against the estimated cost of INR 1,827.33 crore for constructing Package III of the Capital Region Ring Road under the Hybrid Annuity Mode. The 40.33 km six-lane access-controlled corridor will connect Gobindpur on NH-55 to Tangi near the Bandola Toll Plaza on NH-16. State-owned NBCC (India) has entered into agreements with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to redevelop staff housing colonies at Old Rajinder Nagar and Safdarjung Development Area in New Delhi at an estimated project cost of INR 775 crore. The redevelopment will be undertaken on a self-sustainable model, under which a portion of the newly created built-up area will be monetised to fund construction, while the remaining area will be handed back to DDA for staff use. The two projects together will deliver a total built-up area of 1.66 lakh sq metres. NBCC will act as project management consultant and implementing agency, overseeing the projects from master planning and approvals to construction, quality audits and commissioning, in compliance with prevailing planning and construction norms.Read more

The government has set a target to generate INR 1.4 lakh crore from Indian Railways land and station estate monetisation during FY26-FY30 under National Monetisation Pipeline 2.0. Around INR 1 lakh crore is expected from redevelopment of nearly 200 stations, while INR 43,800 crore will come from PPP-based development of other railway land assets. The Rail Land Development Authority has already met its FY26 target for other land parcels.
