ACME Solar has won a 301 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy project from SECI under the FDRE-VII tender. The project integrates solar, wind and battery storage to ensure reliable power supply during non-solar hours, with defined monthly and annual availability requirements. Awarded through an e-reverse auction earlier this week, the project is awaiting a formal Letter of Award. Following this win, ACME Solar's total contracted capacity has reached 8,071 MW across multiple renewable and round-the-clock power segments. ICRA has also assigned an AA-/Stable rating to its Sikar unit's INR 1,209 crore debt.Read more

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has entered into a joint venture with Japan's Mitsui Fudosan Group to develop a premium residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The project, named Mahindra Blossom, marks the first development under the strategic partnership and will comprise around 730 homes. Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd has reported a 37 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the December quarter, supported by a sharp rise in total income. The Mumbai-based developer said its net profit stood at INR 70.22 crore during the quarter, compared with INR 51.35 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Total income more than doubled to INR 239.78 crore from INR 123.59 crore in the year-ago quarter, according to a regulatory filing made earlier this week. Incorporated in 2015, Sri Lotus Developers has completed four real estate projects and continues to expand its development pipeline through a combination of ongoing and upcoming projects across a significant carpet and saleable area footprint.Read more

Noida Authority has opened applications for a fresh round of plot allotments across corporate office, commercial builder, hotel, group housing and religious categories through an online auction process. Oberoi Realty has emerged as the highest bidder for an 11-acre railway land parcel in Bandra East, Mumbai, with a bid of INR 5,400 crore. Keystone Realtors Limited, which operates under the Rustomjee brand, has reported strong operating and financial performance in Q3FY26, supported by steady housing demand and an active launch pipeline. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region-based developer recorded pre-sales of INR 8.37 bn during the quarter, taking year-to-date FY26 pre-sales to INR 26.76 bn, marking a 23% increase over the same period last year. During the first nine months of FY26, the company launched five projects with a combined gross development value of INR 58.35 bn, achieving over four-fifths of its full-year guidance. DLF has agreed to sell its IT/ITeS SEZ property and adjacent land parcel in Kolkata to subsidiaries of Srijan Realty for around INR 670 crore. The transaction includes DLF TechPark II, offering about 10.54 lakh sq ft of gross leasable area, and roughly 8.15 acres of freehold land, along with a 17.75-acre vacant land parcel. In FY2024-25, the SEZ business generated INR 66.88 crore, a minor share of DLF's consolidated turnover.
