The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has successfully launched a 400-metric-ton open web girder over Central Railway's Diva-Vasai corridor for Metro Line 5, connecting Thane, Bhiwandi, and Kalyan. Installed using four cranes and 40 hydraulic jacks, the steel structure bridges a key gap between Mankoli and Durgadi Naka.
