The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has undertaken demolition action against an unauthorised construction in the Turbhe division, where a fourth-floor RCC structure was being erected without prior approval. During a site inspection at a residential property in Sector 5, Sanpada village, civic officials found that construction measuring about 9.40 metres by 5 metres was underway in violation of planning norms.
