The international school will be developed on a dedicated 1.18-acre campus located next to Raheja Jadecity and Mindspace, Juinagar. This strategic placement is intended to support a walkable, future-ready district where daily needs such as education are closely integrated with workplaces and residential communities. The move addresses a clear gap in Navi Mumbai's schooling ecosystem, where international-curriculum options remain limited despite a strong base of established schools.
Planned as a K12 institution, the school is being conceptualised to deliver a globally benchmarked learning environment supported by robust co-curricular and recreational facilities. The design emphasis goes beyond academics, with a strong focus on campus experience, indoor and outdoor sports infrastructure, and holistic student development, key factors influencing parental choice in the international education segment.
Juinagar's growing prominence as a walk-to-work micro-market, anchored by developments such as Jade City and Mindspace Juinagar and supported by the wider Airoli-Ghansoli-Kopar Khairane employment corridor, underpins the project's long-term relevance. The school's catchment is planned across Navi Mumbai's core residential belt, including Vashi, Sanpada, Nerul, Kopar Khairane and Seawoods, within a 6-8 km radius and a 30-45 minute commute window.
K Raheja Corp stated that the school is a deliberate step towards strengthening a live work learn ecosystem in Navi Mumbai, recognising that high-quality social infrastructure is essential as employment and residential hubs expand. The founding batch of students is expected to commence in the next three to four years, aligning with the phased growth of the surrounding mixed-use district.
