National flex workspace brands command 19% pricing premium, says myHQ report

National flex workspace operators charged an average 19% premium over independent coworking providers between 2021 and 2026, according to myHQ's Flex Pricing Report 2026. Based on five years of transaction data covering 1,384 coworking centres across 30 cities and booking behaviour from more than 10,000 companies, the report examines the factors influencing coworking pricing in India. It found that Hyderabad and Bengaluru recorded the highest seat expansion among occupiers, while shorter lock-in periods attracted higher costs and larger seat bookings secured volume discounts.
