Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority has ordered Splendor Buildwell to clear pending assured return dues and complete conveyance formalities for investors in its Spectrum One project in Gurugram within 90 days. The authority held that assured return commitments made in 2016 agreements remain valid and enforceable under RERA. It rejected the developer's claim that such payments were barred by later laws. Since its launch in May 2017, MahaRERA has recovered over INR 270 crore in compensation for homebuyers across Maharashtra, with strong support from District Collector offices. Around INR 200 crore was recovered by the end of 2024, followed by another INR 70 crore in 2025. MahaRERA has issued recovery orders worth INR 792 crore for more than 1,290 complainants, while some cases remain pending with the NCLT. Major recoveries were recorded in Mumbai Suburban, Mumbai City, and Pune. The Delhi High Court has ordered the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation to vacate all facilities on the Yamuna floodplain by March 2026, citing non-compliance with earlier directions. DMRC will not be allowed to operate batching plants, casting yards or store equipment on the floodplain beyond the deadline. The court has also directed that the area be restored after removal, in coordination with forest and horticulture departments. The Central Industrial Security Force has begun a focused training programme for personnel of the Uttar Pradesh Special Security Force who will be deployed on the Namo Bharat regional rapid transit corridor.
