Complainants say the company marketed flats under an attractive pre-launch offer that guaranteed returns and timely completion, but the project failed to materialise and refund attempts were unsuccessful. Land ownership was reportedly transferred without buyers knowledge, affecting hundreds of investors who collectively paid millions of rupees. Rajasthan RERA has ruled that banks and financial institutions cannot claim ownership rights over flats booked by homebuyers before any loan was created. The Odisha government has approved ten industrial projects with a total proposed investment of over INR 44,200 cr across renewable energy, semiconductors, cement, auto components and telecom infrastructure.
