Synopsis

ArMee Infotech has received two Letters of Award worth INR 740.97 crore, including GST, from Bondada Engineering for executing Balance of System packages for a 600 MW AC solar power project at Fatehgarh in Rajasthan. The contracts cover engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning, along with three years of operation and maintenance. The awards strengthen the company’s renewable energy order book as it prepares for its proposed stock market listing.

ArMee Infotech has secured two Letters of Award (LOAs) worth INR 740.97 crore, including GST, from Bondada Engineering for the execution of Balance of System (BOS) packages for a large-scale solar power project at Fatehgarh in Rajasthan. The combined contracts cover a total generation capacity of 600 MW AC and further strengthen the company's presence in the renewable energy engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) segment.
According to the company, the project has been divided into two blocks. Block-1, with a capacity of 300 MW AC, has been awarded at a contract value of INR 375.18 crore, including GST, while Block-3, also with a capacity of 300 MW AC, carries a contract value of INR 365.79 crore, including GST.
The awards relate to amended EPC Balance of System packages for the Fatehgarh solar power project. Under the scope of work, ArMee Infotech will undertake engineering, procurement, manufacturing, supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of the BOS works required for the solar power plants. The contracts also include the associated power evacuation infrastructure needed for the project.
In addition to construction activities, the company will provide three years of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for designated plant equipment in accordance with the project's technical specifications and quality standards.
The company said the new awards significantly expand its renewable energy order book and align with its long-term strategy of building a diversified portfolio across EPC execution, power infrastructure and clean energy solutions. The management added that the contracts reinforce the company's execution capabilities in delivering large-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects.
The LOAs have been issued pending the execution of definitive EPC BOS agreements between ArMee Infotech and Bondada Engineering. The company stated that project execution, commercial terms and timelines will be governed by the final agreements and will be implemented on a back-to-back basis once those contracts are executed.
The orders come as ArMee Infotech continues to expand its presence in India's growing renewable energy sector. The company has indicated that it remains focused on securing additional projects from government agencies, public sector organisations and enterprise customers while maintaining disciplined execution and operational standards.
The development is also significant as ArMee Infotech advances its capital market plans. The company received in-principle approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its proposed initial public offering in February 2026 and is expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE.
With the latest Rajasthan contracts, ArMee Infotech strengthens its position in utility-scale solar infrastructure while adding substantial value to its order book. The Fatehgarh project also reflects continued investment in large renewable energy developments, where EPC contractors are increasingly playing a critical role in delivering generation assets and supporting power evacuation infrastructure.
