International Workplace Group (IWG) has strengthened its presence in India's flexible workspace market by opening four new Regus centres across Noida, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The expansion adds over 3,180 sq m of premium workspace and forms part of the company's long-term strategy to scale its nationwide network through partnerships with property owners. IWG expects to grow its India portfolio to more than 325 centres over the next three to five years as demand for hybrid and flexible office solutions continues to rise.
International Workplace Group (IWG) has expanded its flexible workspace network in India with the launch of four new Regus centres across Noida, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, reinforcing its growth strategy in three of the country's most active commercial markets. The new facilities add more than 3,180 sq m of workspace to the company's portfolio and reflect its continued investment in meeting the rising demand for hybrid workplace solutions from corporates, startups and global capability centres.
The newly opened centres include Regus Starling Edge and Regus Knowledge Centre in Noida, Regus Trinity Pothraj in Bengaluru and Regus Fairmount Downtown in Hyderabad. Located in established commercial districts, the facilities are designed to cater to businesses seeking managed offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms and flexible workplace solutions without committing to long-term conventional office leases.
The latest expansion forms part of IWG's broader India growth strategy, under which the company currently operates 125 centres across the country through its Regus, Spaces, HQ and Open Office brands. It also has approximately 200 additional centres in various stages of development, which are expected to increase its nationwide network to more than 325 locations over the next three to five years. The company views India as one of its fastest-growing global markets, supported by increasing adoption of flexible work models and sustained demand for high-quality office infrastructure.
IWG continues to follow a partnership-led expansion model, collaborating with building owners and developers to convert existing commercial properties into managed workspaces. The approach enables the company to scale its network while allowing property owners to improve utilisation of office assets through professionally managed flexible workspace offerings. The strategy also supports the growing preference among occupiers for office solutions that can be expanded or downsized based on changing business requirements.
The expansion comes as India's office market witnesses increasing demand for flexible workspaces from enterprises, multinational companies, startups and professional services firms. Hybrid working arrangements have encouraged occupiers to prioritise agility, prompting workspace operators to strengthen their presence in established business districts as well as emerging commercial locations. Noida, Bengaluru and Hyderabad continue to attract significant leasing activity owing to their strong technology, IT-enabled services and corporate office ecosystems.
According to the company, India will remain a key focus market as it continues expanding beyond metropolitan centres into emerging business destinations. The addition of the four Regus centres further strengthens IWG's presence in major office markets while supporting its objective of making flexible workspace more widely accessible across the country. As occupier preferences continue to evolve, the company expects demand for managed office solutions to remain robust, driven by businesses seeking operational flexibility, improved employee accessibility and efficient use of commercial real estate.
