Synopsis

UAE-based BNW Developments has announced plans to develop around 10,000 homes across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah over the next four years, with Indian investors playing an increasingly significant role in its business. Indian buyers contributed 14.38% of the developer's total business during the first half of 2026, making India one of its largest overseas markets. The expansion strategy was outlined at the company's Global Partners Meet in Delhi NCR, attended by over 2,000 channel partners and real estate professionals. BNW currently has 12 projects under development across the UAE and expects to begin project handovers from 2027 while expanding its engagement with Indian investors through a broader network of channel partners.

UAE-based BNW Developments plans to develop around 10,000 residential units across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah over the next four years as it expands its presence in the Emirates. The company said Indian investors have become an important contributor to its business, accounting for 14.38% of total transactions during the first half of 2026.
The expansion roadmap was presented during the company's Global Partners Meet held in Delhi NCR, which brought together more than 2,000 channel partners and real estate professionals from across India. The event focused on the company's growth plans in the UAE and its strategy to strengthen engagement with the Indian market.
According to BNW Developments, India has emerged as one of its largest overseas markets, supported by increasing participation from Indian investors in the UAE residential sector. Chairman and Founder Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal stated that India was not merely a source market but a strategic partner in the company's long-term growth. He said the contribution from Indian buyers reflected their confidence in the UAE as an investment destination and in developers that emphasise credibility, transparency and long-term value.
Aggarwal added that the company intends to deliver approximately 10,000 homes over the next four years while further expanding its network of channel partners to assist Indian investors exploring opportunities in the UAE property market.
BNW currently has 12 developments under various stages of execution across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The portfolio includes branded residences, hospitality-led developments, mixed-use projects and master-planned communities. The company expects project handovers to commence from 2027.
In Ras Al Khaimah, BNW is developing projects on Al Marjan Island, including the Al Marjan Beach District, as well as developments in RAK Central. In Dubai, the company is expanding its portfolio of branded residential projects across key growth corridors.
The developer said Indian high-net-worth individuals, non-resident Indians, entrepreneurs and professionals are increasingly investing in UAE real estate to diversify their portfolios. According to the company, investment decisions are being supported by factors such as attractive rental yields, prospects for long-term capital appreciation, global connectivity and the UAE's transparent regulatory environment.
BNW also noted that buyers are placing greater emphasis on a developer's execution capability, project quality, location and long-term credibility when selecting investments. To strengthen its presence in the Indian market, the company is expanding its network of channel partners and collaborating with real estate advisers to assist investors with project evaluation, transaction support and regulatory processes.
Headquartered in the UAE, BNW Developments employs more than 750 professionals representing 88 nationalities. The company's portfolio includes collaborations with hospitality and lifestyle brands including Taj, Tonino Lamborghini, FashionTV, Wyndham and Radisson Blu, while several of its developments incorporate materials and capabilities sourced from India.
