Synopsis

The Big Assets (TBA), an upcoming real estate platform, is preparing for its official launch in December 2026 with a digital ecosystem covering property discovery, project listings, enquiries and accommodation. The Pune-based platform is being developed for builders, developers, property owners, buyers, tenants and hospitality providers. Its Stay by TBA offering will include hotels, villas, resorts, PGs, flats and hostels, with options for hourly, overnight and daily stays. The company began its public awareness campaign on August 15, ahead of the planned launch, as it seeks to bring property and accommodation requirements onto one platform.

Pune-based The Big Assets (TBA) is preparing to launch its real estate platform in December 2026, bringing property discovery, listings, project information, enquiries and accommodation services together in one digital environment.
The platform is being developed for builders, developers, property owners, buyers, tenants, as well as hotel, villa and resort operators. Instead of focusing only on property listings, TBA plans to cover different requirements across buying, selling, renting and staying.
Builders and developers will be able to showcase projects with photographs, brochures, location details and other relevant information. Property owners will also be able to list eligible properties for people looking for homes, rentals or accommodation.
The platform will also include Stay by TBA, which will cater to people looking for accommodation for different durations. The offering will include villas, resorts, hotels, PGs, flats and hostels, with hourly, overnight and daily stay options.
Shweta Walunj, Founder of The Big Assets, said the company's aim is to create a real estate ecosystem where users can buy, sell, rent and stay through one connected platform. She said the platform is intended to give users greater confidence and transparency while helping different stakeholders participate in a more secure property-related environment.
TBA said the platform will allow users to explore property and project information before making an enquiry or proceeding with a transaction. For developers, the platform is intended to combine project presentation, digital visibility and enquiry generation rather than functioning only as another property listing site.
The company began its first major public communication campaign on August 15, using a creator-led awareness campaign to introduce The Big Assets ahead of its planned launch in December.
The platform's approach comes as property searches and initial research increasingly take place online. By combining property listings with short- and long-term accommodation options, TBA is seeking to address different requirements that are generally handled through separate property and hospitality platforms.
The Big Assets is scheduled to officially launch in December 2026. The company said the platform will focus on property discovery, listings and stays while serving builders, developers, property owners, buyers, tenants and hospitality providers.
