Bengaluru-based flexible workspace operator IndiQube Spaces reported a consolidated net loss of INR 23.88 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, narrowing from INR 36.75 crore in the corresponding quarter a year earlier, according to a regulatory filing made on Wednesday.
The company’s total income increased during the April-June quarter, reaching INR 448.81 crore in the first quarter of FY27 compared with INR 324.12 crore in the same period of the preceding fiscal year. The increase represents a rise of about 38% year on year.
Despite the higher income, IndiQube continued to report a consolidated loss for the quarter. Its total expenses rose to INR 479.32 crore during the period under review, compared with INR 374.08 crore in the year-ago quarter.
The increase in expenses accompanied the company’s higher income during the quarter, while the difference between total income and expenses resulted in the reported net loss of INR 23.88 crore. Although the company remained loss-making, the reported loss was lower than the INR 36.75 crore recorded a year earlier.
IndiQube Spaces operates in the flexible office and coworking segment, providing managed workspace facilities across multiple Indian markets. The company has built a nationwide operating network covering 17 cities.
As of the latest reporting period, IndiQube operates 137 coworking centres across these 17 cities. Its portfolio has a total area under management of 10.61 million sq ft, reflecting the scale of its managed workspace operations.
The company’s network spans markets beyond its Bengaluru base, giving it a presence across several major Indian cities. The regulatory filing did not provide a city-wise break-up of its centres or area under management.
The June quarter results come as flexible workspace operators continue to report their financial performance against a backdrop of expanding managed office portfolios. For IndiQube, the latest numbers show a substantial increase in quarterly income compared with the previous year, alongside a corresponding rise in total expenses.
The company’s income increased by INR 124.69 crore year on year, while its reported expenses rose by INR 105.24 crore over the same period. Despite the increase in both figures, IndiQube’s net loss narrowed by INR 12.87 crore from the previous year.
The company did not provide additional details in the filing on the factors behind the changes in individual expense categories or the performance of specific city markets.
With 137 coworking centres spread across 17 cities and 10.61 million sq ft under management, IndiQube remains among the operators with a sizeable managed workspace footprint in India. Its latest quarterly results show higher income and expenses alongside a reduction in consolidated net loss compared with the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
