ITC Maratha’s Peshwa Pavilion in Mumbai will mark Independence Day and Parsi New Year with a special ‘One Nation, Many Flavours’ festive dining experience on August 15, 2026. The menu will combine regional Indian dishes with traditional Parsi New Year specialities, including Amritsari Chole Kulche, Goan Prawn Curry, Chicken Chettinad, Kashmiri Rogan Josh, Hyderabadi Subz Biryani, Sali Boti, Patra Ni Machhi and Mawa Cake. A dedicated Tricolour Chaat & Dessert Station will add to the Independence Day theme. Guests will also receive a traditional Parsi welcome featuring rosewater spraying, along with a complimentary glass of Falooda or Raspberry Soda. Tables of four or more will receive a flat 19.47% discount on the total bill. The experience is priced at INR 3,150 plus taxes per person, inclusive of soft beverages.
Peshwa Pavilion at ITC Maratha in Andheri East, Mumbai, will bring together Independence Day and Parsi New Year celebrations through a special festive dining experience titled ‘One Nation, Many Flavours’ on August 15, 2026.
The celebration will feature a selection of regional Indian cuisines alongside traditional Parsi New Year dishes. The menu will include Amritsari Chole Kulche, Goan Prawn Curry, Chicken Chettinad, Kashmiri Rogan Josh and Hyderabadi Subz Biryani.
The Parsi section of the menu will feature festive specialities such as Sali Boti, Patra Ni Machhi and Mawa Cake. A dedicated Tricolour Chaat & Dessert Station will also be part of the spread, incorporating the colours associated with Independence Day into the dining experience.
The celebration will include elements of traditional Parsi hospitality. Guests will be welcomed at their tables with rosewater spraying, a customary part of Parsi celebrations. They will also receive a complimentary glass of Falooda or Raspberry Soda.
As part of the festive offer, tables with four or more guests will receive a flat 19.47% discount on the total bill.
The festive dining experience will be available on August 15, 2026, at Peshwa Pavilion, ITC Maratha, International Airport, Ashok Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai.
The experience is priced at INR 3,150 plus taxes per person and includes soft beverages.
