Nila Spaces has partnered with health technology company Ultrahuman to develop a connected wellness ecosystem that combines residential design with personalised health and environmental insights. The partnership will debut at Vida in Gandhinagar before being integrated into PRANA, Nila Spaces’ flagship wellness development in GIFT City. Through Ultrahuman Home, residents will be able to monitor indoor parameters such as air quality, carbon dioxide, temperature, humidity, lighting and ambient noise. The ecosystem will also connect with Ultrahuman’s health technologies, including Ring AIR, M1 Live Continuous Glucose Monitor, Blood Vision, Photon and Ultra Age, supported by its Jade AI platform. The companies said the initiative aims to help residents understand how their homes, daily habits and health indicators interact.
Nila Spaces has partnered with health technology company Ultrahuman to create a connected wellness ecosystem that combines residential design with personalised health and environmental data.
The partnership will initially be introduced at Vida in Gandhinagar and is planned to be integrated into PRANA, Nila Spaces’ flagship wellness development in GIFT City.
Nila Spaces said its approach to wellness extends beyond conventional residential amenities, with its developments designed to incorporate factors such as sustainability, indoor environmental quality and everyday health.
PRANA has been planned around four aspects of well-being — air, water, sleep and noise. The development includes air filtration systems, alkaline water systems, thermostat-controlled sleep environments and acoustic insulation, alongside amenities such as rooftop fitness spaces, outdoor saunas and cold plunge pools. The project has also received WELL Pre-Certification and EDGE Advanced Certification.
The partnership with Ultrahuman will add a technology layer to these residential wellness features. Through Ultrahuman Home, residents will be able to monitor environmental conditions within their homes, including air quality, carbon dioxide levels, temperature, humidity, lighting and ambient noise.
The system will be complemented by Ultrahuman’s broader health technology ecosystem. This includes Ring AIR for tracking sleep, recovery and activity; M1 Live Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) for metabolic insights; Blood Vision for preventive biomarker analysis; Photon for recovery; and Ultra Age for monitoring biological ageing.
These technologies are connected through Jade AI, Ultrahuman’s biointelligence platform, which brings together lifestyle and health indicators to generate actionable insights.
Deep Vadodaria, managing director, Nila Spaces, said the company’s approach was centred on the relationship between wellness, sustainability and technology. He added that the partnership would make wellness measurable by helping residents understand how factors such as indoor air quality, water, sleep conditions and acoustic comfort relate to their lifestyle and health.
Mohit Kumar, CEO of Ultrahuman, said homes could significantly influence factors such as sleep and recovery through conditions including lighting, noise and air quality. He said integrating Ultrahuman Home and its wider health ecosystem into residential developments would allow residents to monitor and optimise these factors as part of their daily lives.
The partnership will first be demonstrated at Vida, where Ultrahuman Home technology will be incorporated into IKEA-designed sample residences. Prospective homeowners will be able to experience real-time environmental wellness insights within the model homes.
At PRANA, the concept is expected to be expanded through a connected wellness ecosystem and a data-enabled Longevity Club. Personalised wellness programmes, coaching and community initiatives could use environmental and health data to inform the experience offered to residents.
The partnership reflects the growing focus within residential real estate on integrating health, sustainability and technology into the design and operation of homes. Rather than treating wellness solely as an amenity, Nila Spaces and Ultrahuman are positioning environmental monitoring and personal health data as part of the residential experience.
