Real estate advisory firm Jenika Ventures has opened a new office in Kolkata as part of its strategy to expand its presence across eastern India. The company plans to provide structured and transparent property advisory services in Kolkata, where infrastructure development, investor interest and changing homebuyer preferences are supporting the evolution of the local real estate market. Jenika Ventures said the new office will enable it to offer more localised advisory services while strengthening relationships with customers and channel partners. The expansion forms part of the company’s wider plans to establish a stronger presence across key metropolitan and Tier-2 markets and eventually enter select global cities. The company said its regional expansion is aimed at improving customer access to property expertise and strengthening trust in real estate advisory services.
Real estate advisory firm Jenika Ventures has opened a new office in Kolkata as part of its expansion strategy for eastern India.
The company said the new office will enable it to provide structured, transparent and locally focused real estate consulting services to customers in Kolkata and surrounding markets. The move comes as the city’s property market continues to evolve alongside infrastructure development, changing buyer preferences and growing investor interest.
Kolkata has traditionally been recognised for its cultural and economic importance, while its ongoing infrastructure development has supported the expansion of residential and other real estate activity. Jenika Ventures plans to use its presence in the city to develop a more localised advisory offering and provide customers with market-specific property insights.
Abhishek Raj, Promoter, Jenika Ventures, said Kolkata offered a combination of an established real estate legacy and emerging growth opportunities. He added that the company’s entry into the market was aligned with its objective of providing transparent and value-focused property consulting services across India while helping customers make informed decisions.
Darpan Paisal, Executive Director, Jenika Ventures, said eastern India’s real estate market was undergoing a gradual transformation supported by infrastructure development, increased investor confidence and changing homebuyer requirements. He said the Kolkata office would help the company strengthen its regional presence and provide personalised advisory services based on local market knowledge.
The company intends to use the new office to build longer-term relationships with homebuyers, investors and channel partners in the region. It also plans to expand its operations across additional Tier-2 cities while strengthening its presence in established metropolitan markets.
Jenika Ventures has further indicated plans to establish a presence in select international markets as part of its longer-term expansion strategy.
The Kolkata expansion is therefore part of a wider effort by the company to develop a geographically diversified advisory network. By establishing local teams in emerging and established property markets, the company aims to improve customer access to real estate information and advisory support while developing a stronger regional footprint.
