Krystal Integrated Services, in a consortium with LC Infra Projects, has received two work orders with a combined contract value of INR 740.06 crore, including GST, from Maharashtra's Urban Development Department. Krystal holds a 40% share in the consortium, representing approximately INR 296.03 crore of the total contract value. LC Infra Projects is the lead member, while Krystal is the technical member. The contracts cover the development of sewage treatment plants, interception and diversion systems and sewer networks on an engineering, procurement and construction basis for urban local bodies under the Pune and Nagpur divisions. The projects include sewage treatment plants with capacities of 5 million litres per day and above and are scheduled to be completed within two years. Krystal's revenue from operations increased 11.65% year-on-year to INR 360.71 crore in Q1 FY27.
Facilities management and business services company Krystal Integrated Services has secured two work orders with a combined value of INR 740.06 crore, including GST, through its consortium with LC Infra Projects from the Urban Development Department of Maharashtra, the company said on Tuesday.
Krystal holds a 40% share in the two contracts, equivalent to approximately INR 296.03 crore of the aggregate order value. The contracts have been awarded to the LC Infra Krystal Consortium, with LC Infra Projects Private Limited acting as the lead member and Krystal Integrated Services serving as the technical member.
The projects involve the development of sewage treatment plants (STPs), interception and diversion (I&D) systems and sewer networks for urban local bodies. The work will be undertaken on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis across the Pune and Nagpur divisions of Maharashtra.
The scope includes STPs with treatment capacities of 5 million litres per day (MLD) and above. The infrastructure will form part of sewage management systems being developed for urban local bodies under the state's Urban Development Department.
The contracts have an execution period of two years. The work orders add to Krystal's portfolio of government and infrastructure projects and expand its participation in municipal infrastructure development through its consortium arrangement with LC Infra Projects.
The company is also reporting growth in its operating revenue. Krystal's revenue from operations increased 11.65% year-on-year to INR 360.71 crore during the first quarter of the current financial year, compared with INR 323.08 crore in Q1 FY26.
The latest orders come as Maharashtra continues to undertake sewage and wastewater infrastructure projects for urban local bodies across major administrative divisions. The scope of the contracts combines sewage treatment capacity with interception, diversion and sewer network infrastructure, covering multiple components of municipal wastewater management.
Krystal Integrated Services operates in facilities management and business services and has expanded its portfolio to include government and infrastructure-related contracts. Its role in the latest projects is as the technical member of the consortium, while LC Infra Projects is responsible as the lead consortium member.
