PPI Public Property Invest reported an increase in its key operating metrics during the second quarter of 2026, with rental income, net operating income and profit from property management showing year-on-year growth. Rental income reached SEK 884 million, while net operating income rose to SEK 743 million. Profit from property management also improved to SEK 387 million. The company said its rental income increased to SEK 884 million during the second quarter. For the first half of 2026, rental income stood at SEK 1,745 million, reflecting continued income generation from its property portfolio.
Net operating income also recorded an increase, reaching SEK 743 million in the second quarter. For the first six months of 2026, net operating income totalled SEK 1,426 million, indicating improved operational performance across the portfolio.
Profit from property management rose to SEK 387 million during the quarter. On a half-year basis, the figure increased to SEK 719 million, highlighting growth in the company's core property management business before accounting for valuation changes and taxes.
Despite stronger operating results, PPI Public Property Invest reported an after-tax loss of SEK 59 million for the second quarter. However, for the first half of 2026, the company remained profitable, reporting an after-tax profit of SEK 219 million.
