Erbud SA has secured a new residential construction contract worth PLN 63.3 million (net), strengthening its order book in Poland's housing sector. Poland-based construction company Erbud SA has signed a contract worth PLN 63.3 million (net) for the construction of a residential building project, according to a company disclosure released recently.
The company stated that the agreement relates to the execution of a residential construction project. However, the initial announcement did not disclose further details such as the project location, client, construction timeline or expected completion schedule.
The latest order adds to Erbud's growing portfolio of residential construction contracts. Over the past year, the company has secured several housing-related projects across Poland, alongside contracts in commercial, industrial, energy and public infrastructure segments.
Erbud is one of Poland's established construction and engineering companies, undertaking projects that include residential buildings, commercial developments, public facilities, industrial projects, road infrastructure and engineering works. The company also operates through subsidiaries in several European markets, including Germany and other neighbouring countries.
The new contract is expected to further strengthen Erbud's order pipeline as demand for residential development projects continues in selected Polish cities, where the company has remained an active contractor for both private developers and institutional clients.
