Synopsis

Danube Properties has announced plans to hand over 11 residential projects across Dubai over the next 12 months, marking one of the company's largest delivery programmes to date. The developments are located across Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Sports City, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai Maritime City, Jumeirah Village Triangle and Dubai Silicon Oasis. The developer said it has maintained its delivery schedule despite higher construction material costs resulting from recent geopolitical developments in the Gulf region. The projects are expected to add to Dubai's residential supply as the emirate continues to witness sustained activity in its real estate market, supported by infrastructure development, investor demand and ongoing economic growth.

Danube Properties has announced that it will hand over 11 residential projects across Dubai over the next 12 months, representing one of the developer's largest delivery schedules. The projects, located across several established residential districts, are scheduled for completion despite higher construction material costs experienced during the past year.
The upcoming handovers include Elitz 1 and Elitz 3 in Jumeirah Village Circle, Sportz in Dubai Sports City, Viewz 1 and Viewz 2 in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Oceanz 1, Oceanz 2 and Oceanz 3 in Dubai Maritime City, Fashionz in Jumeirah Village Triangle, and Oasiz 1 and Oasiz 2 in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
According to the company, the delivery programme reflects its ongoing commitment to completing projects within scheduled timelines. Danube Properties stated that construction continued despite increased costs for building materials linked to recent geopolitical developments across the Gulf region.
Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said the company is preparing to hand over 11 projects over the coming year, reflecting its focus on delivering residential developments on schedule. He added that the projects represent the confidence placed in the company by homebuyers and that maintaining delivery timelines had remained a priority despite market challenges.
Sajan further stated that the company absorbed the increase in construction material costs rather than passing the additional expenditure on to customers. He noted that support from Danube Building Materials had enabled the developer to continue construction while adhering to its delivery commitments.
The projects are expected to add new housing supply across multiple residential communities in Dubai, including Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Sports City, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai Maritime City, Jumeirah Village Triangle and Dubai Silicon Oasis. These locations have continued to witness residential development activity supported by transport infrastructure, commercial growth and investor demand.
Danube Properties said the forthcoming handovers form part of its wider development pipeline in Dubai. The company noted that the emirate continues to attract real estate investment through sustained economic growth, infrastructure expansion and a business-friendly environment.
The developer also highlighted that Dubai continues to offer comparatively attractive residential rental yields in relation to several international property markets. It added that eligible property investments may also qualify buyers for the UAE's Golden Visa programme, which provides long-term residency subject to prevailing government regulations.
The planned handovers over the next year are expected to further expand Danube Properties' completed residential portfolio as the developer continues to execute projects across Dubai's key residential corridors.
