Synopsis

Bengaluru-based Revspot has secured USD 4.8 million in a Series A funding round co-led by Inflexor Ventures and Info Edge Ventures, with participation from Pentathlon Ventures, Silicon Road Ventures and existing investor Titan Capital. The company will use the capital to strengthen its AI-native platform, expand engineering and buyer-intelligence capabilities, enter additional high-value business sectors and grow its international presence. Founded in 2024, Revspot provides an automated lead generation and qualification platform for high-ticket B2C businesses, serving more than 50 customers across sectors including real estate, education, automotive and wealth management. The company also plans to enhance its qualified pipeline infrastructure through its new orchestration platform, Spot.

Revspot, a Bengaluru-based AI-native platform focused on qualified pipeline generation for high-ticket B2C businesses, has raised USD 4.8 million in a Series A funding round announced earlier this week. The investment was co-led by Inflexor Ventures and Info Edge Ventures, with Pentathlon Ventures and Silicon Road Ventures participating as new institutional investors alongside existing backer Titan Capital.
The company said the fresh capital will be deployed to strengthen its product development and engineering teams in India, enhance its buyer-intelligence and AI-driven lead qualification infrastructure, expand into additional high-value B2C sectors and establish a stronger customer presence in selected international markets.
Revspot had previously raised USD 1.4 million in seed funding in late 2024 through a round led by Info Edge Ventures and Titan Capital, with participation from angel investor Kunal Shah.
Founded in 2024 by Darshan Subash, Chirag Wadhera and Varun Garg, the company has developed an AI-native platform that combines lead generation and lead qualification within a single system. Its technology integrates consumer intelligence, acquisition workflows, campaign analytics, lead enrichment, Voice AI, WhatsApp-based customer engagement, qualification processes and sales handover to help businesses identify prospective buyers and improve the quality of customer acquisition.
According to the company, the platform enables sales teams to gain better visibility into buyer intent, suitability, purchase timing and readiness, allowing earlier qualification of enquiries and more efficient sales conversion. Revspot currently serves more than 50 enterprise customers across sectors including real estate, education, automotive and wealth management, while also expanding its presence in broader banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) segments where lead quality and response times are considered key business metrics.
Commenting on the fundraise, Darshan Subash, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Revspot, said the company was addressing inefficiencies created by fragmented customer acquisition processes involving agencies, customer relationship management systems, call centres, sales teams and multiple software platforms. He stated that Revspot's integrated AI-native platform combines lead generation and qualification within a unified system, and that the new investment would support product enhancement in India, expansion into additional industry sectors and entry into selected overseas markets.
Murali Krishna Gunturu, Partner at Inflexor Ventures, said the firm viewed qualified pipeline generation as a significant challenge for high-ticket B2C businesses and believed Revspot's AI-led infrastructure, customer understanding and execution capabilities positioned it to build a differentiated revenue technology platform. Rishabh Katiyar, Partner at Info Edge Growth, said the company had demonstrated strong customer demand, rapid product development and consistent business outcomes since the firm's initial investment, adding that the latest funding would support its next phase of growth.
As part of its product roadmap, Revspot is also developing Spot, an orchestration platform designed to connect campaign planning, Meta-native campaign analysis, lead enrichment, Voice AI-based qualification and downstream lead-quality feedback into a unified workflow for enterprise customers.
