Lashkaria Group has announced that its luxury residential project, Lashkaria Indrasukh, in Andheri West, Mumbai, has entered the final stage of construction. Located around 650 metres from Versova Metro Station, the development comprises two residential towers offering 2 and 3 BHK Sky Deck Residences. The project includes 780 sq ft RERA carpet area 2 BHK units and 1,100 sq ft 3 BHK units, along with a range of lifestyle amenities and connectivity to key social and transport infrastructure. According to the developer, the project has witnessed interest from both end-users and investors and is expected to strengthen its residential portfolio in Mumbai's western suburbs upon completion.
Lashkaria Group has announced that construction of its residential development, Lashkaria Indrasukh, in Andheri West, Mumbai, has entered the final phase. Situated near Versova Metro Station, the project comprises two residential towers and forms part of the developer's ongoing expansion within Mumbai's western suburbs.
The development has been designed to optimise natural light, ventilation and space utilisation across the residential units. Wing A comprises 18 floors, including a ground floor, three podium levels, one amenity floor and 14 residential floors, while Wing B consists of 19 floors with a ground floor, three podium levels, one amenity floor and 15 residential floors. The developer said the layout has been planned to provide greater privacy for residents.
Lashkaria Indrasukh offers 2 and 3 BHK Sky Deck Residences with private outdoor decks and contemporary specifications. The project includes 2 BHK apartments with a RERA carpet area of 780 sq ft and 3 BHK apartments with a RERA carpet area of 1,100 sq ft. According to the company, the project has attracted interest from both end-users and investors seeking premium housing in Andheri West.
Commenting on the construction milestone, Arshad Lashkaria, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Lashkaria Group, said the project's progress reflects the company's focus on delivering homes that meet changing homebuyer preferences. He stated that demand for premium housing increasingly centres on spacious residences, connectivity and well-planned amenities, adding that the development has been designed to combine these elements within a single residential community.
The project incorporates a double-height entrance lobby, Italian marble flooring in living areas, French windows, modular kitchens, premium bathroom fittings and private sky decks. Lifestyle amenities include a swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga room, indoor games area, banquet hall, multipurpose courts, children's play area, recreational zones and podium-level leisure spaces.
Located approximately 650 metres from Versova Metro Station, the project also offers access to DN Nagar Metro Station, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Andheri Sports Complex and Versova Beach. The developer said the location provides connectivity to key transport links and social infrastructure within the western suburbs.
Lashkaria Group stated that the project is progressing towards completion while maintaining its construction and quality standards. The development also adds to the company's portfolio spanning residential projects, redevelopment, Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) developments, government projects, hospitality and healthcare. Upon completion, Lashkaria Indrasukh will contribute additional premium housing inventory to Andheri West, a micro-market that continues to witness demand driven by established infrastructure and metro connectivity.
