Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported a 67% year-on-year increase in its consolidated net profit to INR 85.55 crore for the first quarter of FY27, compared to INR 51.26 crore recorded in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
The company's total income increased significantly to INR 977.54 crore during the quarter, up from INR 40.61 crore in the same period last year, according to a regulatory filing. The sharp rise in income reflects improved business performance and higher revenue recognition during the quarter.
