Long Yuan Construction Group has announced that one of its subsidiaries has won a contract worth 556.2 million yuan for the construction of an auto science and technology base project. The development marks another addition to the company's project portfolio and is expected to support its order book. While the company has not disclosed further details about the project, the contract highlights its continued participation in large-scale infrastructure and industrial construction projects in China amid ongoing investments in manufacturing and technology facilities.
One of Long Yuan Construction Group's subsidiaries has secured a contract worth 556.2 million yuan (USD 82.20 million) for the construction of an auto science and technology base project, according to a company filing released earlier this week.
The company informed that its unit had emerged as the successful bidder for the project. However, it did not disclose additional details, including the project's location, scope of work, timeline for execution, or the identity of the project owner.
The contract is expected to add to Long Yuan Construction Group's existing order book and strengthen its presence in the industrial and infrastructure construction segment. Such projects typically contribute to revenue visibility over the execution period, depending on construction milestones and project completion schedules.
Long Yuan Construction Group is engaged in construction engineering and infrastructure development across multiple sectors in China. In recent years, the company has continued to participate in public infrastructure, industrial, commercial and urban development projects as part of its core business operations.
The latest contract comes as investments in advanced manufacturing and technology-related industrial facilities continue across China, supporting demand for construction companies involved in factory, industrial park and science and technology infrastructure development.
