Youthville has expanded its student housing portfolio with the launch of its 11th property, a girls' hostel in Mumbai's Vile Parle. The new facility strengthens the company's presence in Mumbai and Pune as it works towards its target of operating 15,000 beds over the next five years. Located near major educational institutions, the property offers professionally managed accommodation with modern amenities and security features. The expansion reflects the growing demand for organised student housing in India's key education hubs, where students increasingly prefer managed living spaces over conventional hostels and rented accommodation.
Youthville has expanded its student housing network with the inauguration of Youthville Girls' Hostel Juhu 3 in Vile Parle, Mumbai. The launch marks the company's 11th operational property and strengthens its presence in Mumbai and Pune as it continues its expansion plans to reach 15,000 operational beds over the next five years.
The property was inaugurated in the past week by Krishna Kumar Goyal, Chairman and Managing Director of the Kohinoor Group, along with company founders Vineet Goyal and Rupesh Mittal.
The newly opened girls' hostel is located close to Mithibai College and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), making it suitable for students pursuing higher education in the area. The property has been developed to provide professionally managed accommodation with a focus on safety, convenience and community living.
The hostel offers fully furnished air-conditioned rooms along with daily freshly prepared meals, high-speed Wi-Fi, housekeeping, laundry services, biometric access, round-the-clock security, study areas, recreational spaces and resident engagement programmes.
The company said the latest addition supports its strategy of expanding organised student housing in Mumbai and Pune, where thousands of students and young professionals relocate every year for education and employment opportunities. Youthville stated that its objective is to provide managed accommodation that combines hospitality services with a secure and comfortable living environment.
Speaking during the inauguration, founder Vineet Goyal said the company's vision is to create living spaces where students feel safe, comfortable and at home during an important phase of their academic journey. He added that each new property reflects Youthville's commitment to improving the overall student living experience.
Co-founder Rupesh Mittal said demand for professionally managed student housing continues to increase across major education centres. He noted that the company aims to strengthen quality, service standards and community-focused living while building a trusted student housing platform in the country.
Founded by Vineet Goyal and Rupesh Mittal with the backing of the Kohinoor Group, Youthville said it continues to invest in technology, resident services, operational efficiency and community engagement to support its long-term growth plans.
The organised student housing sector in India has witnessed steady growth over the past few years, supported by rising student migration, increasing enrolment in higher education institutions and changing preferences towards managed accommodation. Industry reports have indicated that purpose-built student housing remains significantly under-supplied in major education hubs such as Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad, creating opportunities for organised operators to expand their presence.
Currently, Youthville operates 11 properties across Mumbai and Pune and plans to significantly increase its operational capacity over the next five years as demand for professionally managed student accommodation continues to grow.
