Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel has secured several accolades at the Hozpitality Group’s Middle East Chef Excellence Awards, F&B Excellence Awards and Leaders Powerlist 2026, recognising the performance of its culinary and food and beverage teams. The hotel received individual honours across leadership, kitchen management, culinary and restaurant service categories, while its signature dining outlet, Dragon’s Place Restaurant, was named Best Dinner Venue of the Year. The awards highlight the property’s efforts to deliver quality dining experiences and strengthen its standing within the UAE hospitality sector. Senior executives and team members were recognised for their contributions to food service operations, culinary innovation and guest experience management across the hotel’s dining portfolio.

Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel has received multiple awards at the Hozpitality Group’s Middle East Chef Excellence Awards, F&B Excellence Awards and Leaders Powerlist 2026, with its culinary and food and beverage teams securing recognition across several categories. The awards were announced in the past week and acknowledged the contributions of individual team members as well as the hotel’s dining operations in Ajman, UAE. 
Among the notable recognitions, Abdo Badra was included in the Chef Leader Powerlist, while Michael Fernandes earned a place in the F&B Leader Powerlist. The hotel’s culinary team also received several individual honours, with Chue Thinzar Khine named Female Chef of the Year, Ganesh Man Shrestha recognised as Kitchen Manager of the Year, Belal Farhan Alsayed awarded Butcher Chef of the Year, and Sayed Kutubuddin receiving the Banquet Chef of the Year title. 
The food and beverage service team was also recognised during the awards programme. Heina Tablate was named F&B Server of the Year, while Melynde Ernesto received the Restaurant Manager of the Year award, reflecting the hotel’s performance across both back-of-house and guest-facing operations. 
The evening’s highest-profile recognition for the property came through Dragon’s Place Restaurant, which was awarded Best Dinner Venue of the Year. The restaurant is known for its Asian fusion menu and dining concept, offering a combination of indoor seating and an outdoor terrace overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The award recognised the venue’s overall dining experience, culinary offering and service standards. 
Dragon’s Place has established itself as one of the hotel’s flagship dining destinations, catering to residents, visitors and international guests. The restaurant’s positioning within the hospitality market has been supported by its focus on curated menus, distinctive ambience and waterfront location. 
Commenting on the achievement, Area General Manager Iftikhar Hamdani said the awards reflected the dedication and professionalism of the hotel’s culinary and food and beverage teams. He noted that the recognition received by Dragon’s Place Restaurant highlighted the property’s emphasis on delivering consistent hospitality standards and carefully curated dining experiences for guests. 
Hamdani further stated that the achievements demonstrated continued confidence in the hotel’s operations and reinforced its commitment to maintaining high service standards across its hospitality offerings. He added that the recognition would encourage the team to continue enhancing guest experiences and operational performance. 
Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel also expressed appreciation to its guests, business partners and employees, stating that their continued support had contributed significantly to the property’s success and industry recognition.
