While the financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, the acquisition expands Innov8’s footprint in key commercial markets amid growing demand for flexible and managed office solutions. The deal brings Vatika Business Centres’ enterprise-focused workspace network under Innov8’s direct management. Both companies indicated that the integration would support business expansion, strengthen service offerings and enhance technology-led workspace solutions for occupiers seeking premium flexible office space across major Indian cities.

Coworking firm Innov8 has acquired Vatika Business Centres as part of its expansion strategy to capitalise on increasing demand for flexible and managed workspaces across India. The transaction, announced on Tuesday, brings 11 business centres located in New Delhi, Gurugram, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Noida and Pune under Innov8’s direct management. The companies did not disclose the value of the acquisition.
The acquisition strengthens Innov8’s presence across several of the country’s major commercial office markets, where demand for flexible workspace solutions has continued to grow among enterprises, start-ups and large corporate occupiers. With the addition of Vatika Business Centres’ portfolio, Innov8 will expand its managed workspace network and increase its reach in established business districts.
According to the company, the acquired centres are located in prime commercial locations and will immediately become part of Innov8’s operating platform. The move is expected to enhance the company’s ability to cater to organisations seeking flexible office arrangements, managed workspace solutions and enterprise-grade workplace infrastructure.
Varun Jain, Chief Operating Officer–Asia, PRISM and Innov8, said the acquisition was aligned with the company’s objective of building a leading premium coworking and managed workspace platform in India. He noted that Vatika Business Centres had established a strong reputation for quality workspace solutions and enterprise-focused offerings. Jain added that the company identified significant synergies in integrating the acquired portfolio with Innov8’s design-focused and community-oriented operating model.
The transaction reflects continued consolidation within India’s flexible workspace sector, where operators are seeking to scale through acquisitions, partnerships and portfolio expansion. The addition of established workspace assets enables operators to increase market presence while broadening their customer base across multiple cities.
Gaurav Bhalla, Managing Director of Vatika Hospitality, said the acquisition would create new opportunities for growth and innovation. He stated that the combined platform would aim to deliver greater value to clients through a wider range of workspace offerings, improved technology integration and access to a larger network of premium office facilities.
Established in 2015, Innov8 is among India’s leading coworking space operators. The acquisition of Vatika Business Centres marks another step in the company’s expansion efforts as occupier demand continues to support the growth of flexible and managed office space across major urban markets.
