Synopsis

Spring House Workspaces has expanded its managed workspace portfolio with the launch of a 55,000 sq ft flexible office centre at Orchid Centre on Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The new facility, located in the LEED Platinum-certified commercial development, offers more than 1,300 seats and is designed to serve startups, growing companies and enterprise occupiers. The launch strengthens the operator's presence in one of the National Capital Region's most active office markets, where demand for flexible and managed workspaces continues to grow. The centre forms part of Spring House's broader expansion strategy focused on premium, design-led workspace solutions across key urban markets in India.

Spring House Workspaces has launched a new managed office and coworking centre spanning 55,000 sq ft at Orchid Centre in Sector 53, Golf Course Road, Gurugram, expanding its presence in one of the country's most prominent commercial corridors.
The facility, inaugurated on June 17, has a seating capacity of more than 1,300 and is aimed at startups, mid-sized companies and enterprise occupiers seeking flexible workspace solutions. The centre is located on the first floor of Orchid Centre, a LEED Platinum-certified commercial development situated along Golf Course Road.
The launch comes as flexible workspace operators continue to expand across major office markets amid growing demand for managed offices and hybrid workplace solutions from occupiers seeking operational flexibility and scalable office infrastructure.
According to the company, the new centre offers a range of workspace formats, including fully serviced private offices, managed office suites and collaborative coworking areas. The facility also incorporates meeting rooms, breakout spaces and networking zones designed to support business interaction and employee engagement.
The location provides direct access to Gurugram's established commercial ecosystem. The property is situated approximately 30 seconds from Sector 54 Chowk Rapid Metro Station and is connected to key office districts including One Horizon Center and DLF Cyber Hub, making it accessible for employees and business visitors.
The centre has been equipped with enterprise-grade infrastructure, including high-speed fibre internet connectivity, complete power backup systems, access-controlled security and digital visitor management solutions. The company said these features have been integrated to provide businesses with a secure and uninterrupted workplace environment.
Commenting on the development, Mukul Pasricha, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spring House Workspaces, said the launch reinforces the company's presence in one of Gurugram's fastest-growing business districts. He stated that the facility reflects Spring House's focus on creating workspace environments that combine quality infrastructure with community-led experiences for businesses of varying sizes.
Beyond office facilities, the development is surrounded by a mix of retail, food and beverage and lifestyle destinations, providing occupants with access to a broader work-life ecosystem. Such integrated environments have increasingly become a consideration for occupiers evaluating workspace options in major urban markets.
The Orchid Centre launch forms part of Spring House's ongoing growth strategy across India. The company said it remains focused on expanding its portfolio of flexible and managed workspace facilities in key metropolitan markets, targeting locations with strong commercial activity, connectivity and demand from corporate occupiers.
With the addition of the Gurugram centre, Spring House continues to increase its presence in the National Capital Region's office market, where flexible workspace operators are playing an increasingly significant role in meeting evolving occupier requirements.
