Synopsis

Besqab has completed sales at its Hertha residential development in Danderyd after selling the final apartment in the 76-unit project. The project, located at Invernesshöjden, was completed on schedule and marks another milestone for the Swedish residential developer. The apartments were designed with long-term letting rights, attracting a broader buyer base, including parents purchasing homes for future family use. The sell-out follows a series of project completions and launches by Besqab as the company continues to expand its residential portfolio across Sweden.

Besqab AB has sold the final apartment at its 76-unit Hertha residential project in Danderyd, completing sales for the entire development. The project is located at Invernesshöjden in Danderyd and has now reached full occupancy from a sales perspective.
The Hertha project was completed on schedule after construction began in late 2024. According to the company, all apartments were offered with long-term letting rights, a feature that attracted different categories of buyers, including parents purchasing homes for their children's future housing needs. Financial details related to the final sale were not disclosed.
The completion of sales adds to Besqab's recent residential activity across Sweden. In the past week, the company received approval for a housing project in Nacka, started production of a new residential development in Uppsala, and handed over two rental housing projects to an investor. It has also reported the full sell-out of its Aspen housing project, reflecting continued progress across its development pipeline.
Besqab focuses on developing residential communities in the Stockholm and Uppsala regions, with projects ranging from condominiums to rental housing. The company has continued launching new developments while completing existing projects despite changing market conditions in Sweden's housing sector.
