Located in one of Central Mumbai's established residential neighbourhoods, the development is positioned to benefit from existing social infrastructure and ongoing connectivity improvements. The project also reflects the developer's continued expansion across Mumbai, where it has delivered over 12 lakh sq ft of real estate and currently has more than 55 lakh sq ft under development.

TransIndia Group has launched TransIndia Meridian, a 3.2-acre residential development in Mumbai's Sion-Matunga corridor, marking its latest project in one of Central Mumbai's established residential micro-markets. The development comprises six residential towers with 2 and 3 BHK apartments and is designed as an integrated residential community featuring lifestyle amenities, landscaped open spaces and retail frontage.
Located within the Sion-Matunga corridor, the project is being developed in a locality that has witnessed sustained residential price appreciation over the years, supported by its central location, established civic and social infrastructure, and ongoing transport connectivity upgrades. According to the developer, the project has been planned to cater to evolving buyer preferences by combining contemporary residential design with community-oriented living.
Meridian will comprise six towers offering spacious residences with city and bay views, Vastu-compliant layouts, multi-level parking facilities and premium retail frontage. The development also includes landscaped podium areas and more than 50 lifestyle amenities intended to serve recreational, wellness and community requirements.
The project's clubhouse has been designed to include a fitness plaza, gymnasium, banquet and multipurpose halls, indoor games facilities, a mini theatre, virtual reality room, salon and spa, along with dedicated spaces for children and families. At the podium level, residents will have access to landscaped gardens, a Zen garden, cricket turf, movie lounge, barbecue area, trampoline garden, swing-climb plaza and pedestrian walkways.
Additional amenities have been planned at the podium and rooftop levels, including a swimming pool, yoga lawn, CrossFit gym, party lawn, cabana seating, hammock plaza and a star-gazing deck.
The development is located close to Five Gardens, Shivaji Park, Phoenix Palladium and R City Mall. It also benefits from proximity to educational institutions and healthcare facilities, including Don Bosco High School, SIES College, Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT Mumbai) and K J Somaiya Hospital and Medical College.
According to the developer, the project has access to the Central, Western and Harbour suburban railway networks and is connected through the Eastern Express Highway, Western Express Highway, Sion-Dharavi Link Road, Sion-BKC Flyover and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. The location is also expected to benefit from upcoming metro corridors and connectivity to both Mumbai and Navi Mumbai airports.
Commenting on the launch, Rajendra M Rajan, Founder of TransIndia Group, said the Sion-Matunga corridor has a long-established residential character and strong community identity. He stated that the project has been conceived to complement the neighbourhood while offering homes suited to the requirements of contemporary urban buyers.
TransIndia Group, which has been operating in Mumbai's real estate sector for more than 15 years, stated that it has delivered over 12 lakh sq ft of development, has more than 55 lakh sq ft under development across seven Mumbai suburbs, has served over 1,000 families and has rehabilitated around 2,500 tenements. The company said Meridian forms part of its strategy to expand its residential portfolio while focusing on quality construction, timely delivery and long-term urban development.
