GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP has partnered with Spa L'Occitane en Provence to introduce a branded wellness facility at The Cascades Neopolis, its INR 3,169 crore luxury residential development in Hyderabad. The spa, to be opeLimited, will offer wellness services based on the French brand's Provrated in India by Sanghvi Brands ençal philosophy. The collaboration forms part of the project's strategy to incorporate international design, hospitality and lifestyle partners into the 63-storey, 217-metre residential tower being developed at Neopolis. The project, scheduled for completion by March 2030, also involves global consultants across architecture, interiors, landscaping, engineering and concierge services.

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP has entered into a partnership with Spa L'Occitane en Provence to establish a branded wellness facility at The Cascades Neopolis, its INR 3,169 crore luxury residential project in Hyderabad. The collaboration is aimed at incorporating an international wellness offering within the residential development, with the spa expected to be operated in India by Sanghvi Brands Limited in accordance with the French brand's global operating standards. 
The Cascades Neopolis is a 63-storey residential tower rising 217 metres, currently under development in Neopolis, Hyderabad, and is scheduled for completion by March 2030. According to the developer, the partnership reflects the project's emphasis on integrating internationally recognised lifestyle and hospitality brands into the residential ecosystem. 
The spa has been designed around Spa L'Occitane en Provence's wellness philosophy inspired by the Haute-Provence region of France. The facility is expected to feature treatment spaces designed with natural materials, soft lighting and contemporary interiors intended to provide a dedicated wellness environment for residents. 
According to the project details, the spa programme will include treatments developed by Spa L'Occitane en Provence's in-house specialists and delivered using the brand's established treatment protocols. The wellness offering will focus on four themes—longevity, regeneration, balance and vitality—which collectively form the brand's holistic approach to wellbeing. 
The developer stated that the wellness facility has been conceived as an integrated residential amenity rather than a standalone commercial spa, providing residents with access to relaxation and wellness services within the development. 
The Cascades Neopolis is also being developed with the involvement of several international consultants. UHA London has been appointed as the concept architect, Coopers Hill Singapore as the landscape architect, Studio HBA Singapore is responsible for the amenities' interior design, while Buro Happold, UK, is providing structural engineering services. Concierge services for residents will be managed by Quintessentially. 
Carol Wu, Hospitality and Spa Director, Asia Pacific, Spa L'Occitane en Provence, said the collaboration would enable the brand to introduce its wellness philosophy within a residential environment in South India. She stated that the partnership would combine the company's international spa expertise, treatment protocols and service standards to create curated experiences for future residents. 
In a joint statement, designated partners of GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP—Karteesh Reddy Madgula, Lakshmi Narayana G and Sharat V—said the developer has been partnering with international specialists across multiple disciplines to enhance the project's residential offering. They added that the collaboration with Spa L'Occitane en Provence aligns with the project's objective of providing globally recognised wellness and lifestyle amenities within the development. 
GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP is a joint venture comprising GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra and Urbanblocks Realty, with The Cascades representing the consortium's first residential development. The project forms part of the ongoing expansion of Hyderabad's premium residential market, particularly within the Neopolis growth corridor, where developers are increasingly incorporating branded amenities and international collaborations into luxury housing projects.
