Synopsis

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) and its international subsidiaries have secured new orders worth INR 2,957 crore across the transmission and distribution (T&D), buildings and factories, and water business segments. The contracts cover power transmission projects in India and overseas, building and factory developments in India, and a water infrastructure project in the Middle East secured through a joint venture or consortium. The latest order book also marks KPIL's strategic entry into the Middle East water sector. The company said the diversified order inflows strengthen its business pipeline and support its growth outlook for FY26–27 across domestic and international markets.

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) has secured fresh orders worth INR 2,957 crore across its transmission and distribution (T&D), buildings and factories, and water business segments. Announced in the past week, the contracts have been awarded to the company and its international subsidiaries across projects in India, overseas markets and the Middle East. 
According to the company, the new order inflows include power transmission and distribution projects in both domestic and international markets, building and factory contracts in India, and a water infrastructure project in the Middle East. 
The Middle East water project has been secured through a joint venture or consortium and marks KPIL's strategic entry into the region's water infrastructure sector. The company described the contract as an important milestone in expanding its international business portfolio beyond its existing engineering and construction operations. 
Commenting on the order wins, Manish Mohnot, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KPIL, said the latest contracts reinforced the company's leadership position in India and selected international markets. He stated that securing the water business project represented a significant development, as it marked KPIL's entry into the Middle East water sector, a market with considerable long-term growth potential. 
Mohnot further said the company's diversified order book and strong project pipeline across multiple business verticals provided confidence in achieving its growth targets for FY26–27. 
Kalpataru Projects International is one of India's diversified engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies, with operations spanning power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, water infrastructure, railways, oil and gas pipelines, urban infrastructure and other engineering segments. The company has established a presence across India as well as several international markets through its subsidiaries. 
For the financial year ended 31 March 2026, KPIL reported consolidated revenue of INR 27,143 crore and a net profit of INR 1,031 crore. As of the end of the financial year, the company had an order book of INR 65,457 crore, providing visibility for execution across its domestic and overseas operations. 
The latest order additions further strengthen KPIL's project portfolio across multiple sectors and geographies, supporting its strategy of maintaining a diversified business mix while expanding its presence in international infrastructure markets.
