Elevator manufacturer Hybon plans to invest INR 100 crore to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen talent development and support business growth as it targets a turnover of INR 500 crore within the next three years. The company also expects revenue to grow by 20–25% in FY27, driven by capacity expansion, premium product launches and wider market presence. Alongside the investment, Hybon has entered a collaboration with Italian luxury brand Tonino Lamborghini to introduce premium elevators for residential and hospitality projects.
Elevator manufacturer Hybon has announced plans to invest around INR 100 crore to expand its manufacturing capabilities and strengthen its business as it targets a turnover of INR 500 crore within the next three years. The investment will support production expansion, infrastructure development, talent acquisition and capability building as the company looks to increase its presence in India's growing elevator market.
The company, which reported revenue of around INR 150 crore in FY26, expects revenue growth of 20–25% in FY27. According to the company, the outlook is supported by continued demand from the real estate and infrastructure sectors, along with an expanding order pipeline and new product offerings.
Hybon is currently operating its manufacturing facility in Noida Phase II at full capacity and has acquired a larger facility at Pilkhuwa near Hapur to support future expansion. In the first phase, the new plant is expected to increase annual production capacity to about 5,000 units, with the potential to expand further to around 10,000 units through additional investments in machinery. The planned INR 100 crore investment covers land acquisition, manufacturing equipment and associated infrastructure for the new facility.
The company said its order book stood at around 1,500–1,600 units during FY26 and is expected to exceed 2,000 units in FY27. Hybon currently manufactures 60–70% of its elevator components domestically, while the remaining components are imported. It expects to maintain a similar localisation ratio for its future product portfolio.
Alongside its expansion plans, Hybon has entered into a brand collaboration with Italian luxury lifestyle company Tonino Lamborghini to introduce a range of premium elevators for luxury residences, villas, penthouses, hotels and commercial developments. The collaboration combines Italian design with manufacturing in India and marks Tonino Lamborghini's first global partnership with an elevator manufacturer.
The company is also expanding its geographic footprint. Hybon currently operates through experience centres and showrooms across several cities, including Delhi, Noida, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, and plans to expand further into Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and other states. It aims to add new markets each year while continuing to focus on both residential and commercial segments.
Hybon stated that continued investment in infrastructure, including airports, railway stations and real estate developments, is expected to support long-term demand for elevators. The company believes its manufacturing expansion, premium product portfolio and wider distribution network will help achieve its medium-term growth targets.
