The civic body will issue fresh notices to 56 commercial units, giving occupants 15 days to respond before demolition and eviction measures begin.
The action follows the removal of legal barriers that had prevented authorities from proceeding with the eviction campaign. With the stay no longer in effect, municipal officials have resumed preparations to clear structures that are alleged to have been constructed or operated without the necessary approvals on land earmarked for public development.
According to civic authorities, each affected establishment will receive an individual notice outlining the alleged violations and providing an opportunity to comply with legal requirements before enforcement action is initiated. Officials have emphasised that the process will be conducted in accordance with statutory procedures to ensure transparency and provide occupants with adequate time to respond.
