Synopsis

Swedish real estate company Dios has signed a new lease agreement with the County Administrative Board of Norrbotten County to modernize premises at Stationsgatan in Lulea. The agreement adds to the company's recent leasing activity across northern Sweden, where it has continued to secure long-term tenants and upgrade commercial properties. The project reflects Dios' ongoing focus on improving office spaces to meet tenant requirements while strengthening its presence in key regional cities, including Luleå, which remains an important market in its property portfolio.

Diös has signed a lease agreement with the County Administrative Board of Norrbotten County for the modernization of premises at Stationsgatan in Lulea, according to a company announcement released recently. The agreement will see the existing premises upgraded to better meet the operational requirements of the government authority.
While financial details and the lease tenure were not disclosed, the agreement continues Dios' strategy of investing in and modernizing commercial properties for long-term tenants across northern Sweden. The company owns, develops and manages commercial and residential properties in several growth cities stretching from Borlänge to Luleå, with Lulea remaining one of its key markets.
The latest agreement follows a series of leasing activities by Dios in recent months, including lease deals with software company EG, Gastrobility Group and other tenants across Skelleftea, Sundsvall and Umea, highlighting the company's continued focus on maintaining occupancy and upgrading its property portfolio.
