The office, located at 44 Brompton Road, follows the launch of the developer’s first UK office in Harrow two years ago. Designed to serve investors and homebuyers interested in Dubai real estate, the facility will offer personalised advisory services, dedicated marketing suites and virtual reality-based property showcases. The expansion forms part of the UAE-based developer’s broader strategy to increase engagement with overseas investors and build a stronger presence in key global markets. The company has also indicated plans to pursue further growth across the UK and Europe in the coming years.
Danube Properties, a UAE-based real estate developer, has strengthened its presence in the United Kingdom with the opening of a new sales office in Central London. The facility, located at 44 Brompton Road in Knightsbridge, became operational on June 3 and forms part of the company’s strategy to expand its international reach and engage more closely with overseas investors seeking opportunities in Dubai’s property market.
The new office marks the company’s second location in the UK, following the launch of its Harrow office two years ago. According to the company, the first office helped establish connections with investors and homebuyers interested in residential and investment opportunities in Dubai, encouraging the developer to expand its presence in the country.
Situated in one of London’s prominent commercial and retail districts, the Knightsbridge office is intended to improve accessibility for clients based in Central London and neighbouring areas. The company said the facility has been designed to provide personalised sales support and advisory services to prospective investors exploring Dubai’s residential real estate market.
As part of the new office offering, Danube Properties has incorporated dedicated marketing suites and virtual reality-enabled property presentation facilities. These features will allow prospective buyers and investors to view projects through immersive digital experiences, helping them assess developments and make investment decisions without travelling to the UAE.
The expansion aligns with the developer’s broader objective of establishing strategically located international sales centres to cater to growing interest from global investors. Dubai’s residential market has continued to attract overseas buyers in recent years, with international investors accounting for a significant share of property transactions across several residential segments.
Commenting on the development, Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said London remained one of the world’s leading investment destinations and that the opening of the new office reflected the company’s commitment to strengthening relationships with its international client base. He noted that the positive response received through the Harrow office had encouraged the company to pursue additional expansion opportunities.
Sajan further indicated that Danube Properties intends to continue growing its presence across the UK and explore opportunities in other European markets over the coming years as part of its long-term international growth strategy.
The Knightsbridge office is expected to serve as a hub for engagement with investors, business leaders and members of the real estate community from across the region. Through the expansion, Danube Properties aims to enhance its visibility in international markets while providing greater access to its portfolio of Dubai-based residential developments.
